This is collected when you create an account, register for a program, join a waitlist, purchase a product or service, or interact with our AI chatbot on our sales pages (see Section 5, AttractWell).

• Audio listening history (which breathwork sessions you've played)
• Journal entries: Your journal entries are stored securely on our servers. While we implement technical measures to protect your data, database administrators may have access to stored content for system maintenance and support purposes. We do not access or review your journal entries unless required for technical support, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.
• Community posts and comments (public within the platform)
• Favourites and saved preferences

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status from Stripe.

When you delete your account, personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except that some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics and service improvement. If we ever need to retain your data longer than expected for a specific purpose, we will notify you.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.

11. Children and Minors

WOO Breathwork's audio content is designed to be appropriate for all ages. That said:

Account registration requires the account holder to be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If we learn we've inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us with personal data may contact us at the details below.

Because WOO's content can evoke real emotional and physiological responses, we recognize the importance of adult supervision when minors engage with any supportive technology, including ours. As with any app or streaming platform, we encourage parents, guardians, and practitioners to stay actively engaged — checking in regularly, discussing what a young person is experiencing, and using discretion about which sessions are age-appropriate for that individual.

Our Magician's Garden™ audio series is specifically designed for children and family use under adult supervision, and should not be reframed as clinical or therapeutic treatment.

12. How to Opt Out

Marketing emails: Click "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" at the bottom of any marketing email.

Critical platform updates: These are sent to active users regardless of marketing preferences (e.g., billing notices, security alerts). If you'd like to limit communications to only these critical updates, contact us directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal requirements or changes to our practices. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or a prominent Site notice.
